3-Year Check Up Today! Such a big girl!

Caleigh's 3-Year Check-Up was this morning. She did really well; didn't even cry with a shot! She was able to get the flu nasal mist today too. She came home sporting her band-aid and showing off the prize she got out of the machine at the doctor's office. She's in the 16th percentile for height & 23% on weight. Just right according to the doc. Meeting all milestones and a healthy girl. She was in a funny mood when we got home, so we went outside & I snapped some pics. She's got such attitude these days ;)

A Birthday Visit from Grandmama

Grandmama & Grampie came over for a visit on Sunday. They brought Caleigh her birthday gifts & we had a birthday lunch here at the house. It was so nice. Her favorite gift is this little mouse that has a ball with it. If you turn the mouse on & put it in the ball it rolls all over the house. She likes to take it out of the ball & play with it; it currently is going everywhere with her! She loves that toy! I'm glad she likes it because it will probably be the only mouse like creature allowed in our house; so far we haven't done the "Hamster, Gerbil, Mouse, Ferret, etc. thing!"

They turned out super cute & were super easy for little hands!!! Love this one! All you need is a roll of toilet paper, cute fabric, a stick from your back yard, some festive wire ribbon & WahLah!

A Visit to the Wax Museum in San Antonio

My 4 Stooges with the Three Stooges
I thought The Joker looked pretty real!
My boys' favorite exhibit
They liked the Harry Potter one too...
visiting with David Letterman
Dr. Phil giving me some advice
The guys with their favorite president.
The big guy with his hero.

So....after lunch at Joe's Crab Shack we headed downtown for a visit to The Wax Museum....it was pretty cool. It did show me how lacking my boys are in the knowledge of movie characters tho...good or bad thing? Guess it's not too bad considering what some movies the actors played in! There were several exhibits that they really enjoyed & James & I thought it was pretty neat to0!

We're Zoo People

Welcome to the San Antonio Zoo!

The boys' favorite was the termite exhibit....go figure...
Hey there...someone's watching you!
The fossil area...
What's a trip to the zoo without some bug juice, cookies & cotton candy?!?

She gets the best view!
Leaving for a train ride...

It's true...we're zoo people. We love a good zoo! While we were in San Antonio, we spent one morning and 1/2 of the afternoon at the zoo. It was a beautiful sunny day...not too warm, not too cool....just right!
