I just love this picture from Saturday at the Tae Kwon Do Tournament. It encompasses how we all felt. Tired...waiting...watching...waiting...tired of waiting! She did so good...all she needed was her Daddy there & she sat pretty much the whole 3 hours for "her boys' turn". I'm not usually a complainer, but my goodness....10 year olds having to sit on a gym floor for 3 hours for a turn to compete....that's just not right. They were bored & tired & it was so hot and stuffy in there...I'm surprised no one fainted! Hoping the next competition runs a little more smoothly!

Although in hind sight, I really don't think it was a good idea for me to put the bookcase in full view all day. It may drive me crazy. Are they straight? Organized? Tilted just so? UGH! I hope you're not like me, 'cause it does drive me crazy!

Alrighty...this little wall arrangement has got to go! It shows up in so many pictures because of the angle of my kitchen & bar. (So many pics are taken at our bar area!) I'm really tired of seeing it...it's to the left of my big window that I can see from the kitchen. So...tomorrow...it's going! I don't know how long I've had it this way; same pictures; maybe just moved them around a bit. I've got to change it. Now, the green paint, that's another story. It' s been there 6 years too, but it's dark & on textured walls, so that would be a much bigger "fix". Maybe next year LOL! The pictures are coming down tonight...will fill in holes & touch up paint....now, what to put there?!?! 
We've been gone all day to Dallas....no new pictures today...oops! However....Next...this fish is STILL alive...it's been 16 months. That's a record for me!
I bought a new easel to use for school. I love it! (It's the little things :)...someone else loves it too. It really has provided a wonderful drawing area for her when we're not using it for Math.
Tummies...the boys never had & still do not have a tummy. They eat like horses & still...nothing...flat. I'm sure I will have to invent adjustable jeans for age 16 boys. I'm jealous!
Blake got glasses today....despite the somber looks (he's trying to be cool btw!)...he really does like them. And no headaches today! Whoop! He only wears them for reading, school-work, watching TV, computer time, etc. He doesn't have to wear them all day. Right now, they're cool. We'll see what he thinks after he has to keep up with them & clean them for a week or so. No, Bryce didn't need glasses. Yes, there was drama envolved there. Yes, he got over it....I think. It's a twin thing. Ugh. I think he looks really handsome. 
The bunk bed are twins...again...don't ask my husband how many times he's done this...he'll say something smarty... see, he didn't even switch the headboards & footboards back around or take the side rail off. He said it will make it easier the next time they want the bunks back! hahaha!
